Testing & evaluation and design confirmation are conducted while processing.

With our computer controlled injection moulding machines ranging up to 1200 tons, size isn't an issue. We've been delivering large size plating such as bumpers, radiator grilles, light bezels, wheel covers, mirror housings and reflective surfaces, etc.

Appropriate mold design and injection machine setup are important parts of a quality molding process. Clients could provide tooling or plastic material for electroplating in pursuing of their plating quality. On the other hand, custom design of mold is available as well.
