Chrome Plating Process

  • Degreasing→etching→neutralizing→copper→nickel→chrome→dry→offloading

Use Taiwan Chi Mei ABS for molding. Professional inspector to examine molded part and then go to plating process. Our plating chemical liquid is from Atotech which is OE market designated. Packaging the part with 3 layer bubble bag and put into carton to ensure plated part won't damage or scratch during transit and deliver to customer safely.
